Patient instructions before PRP
Pre- and post-treatment instructions for Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy for either face skin or hair:
Before PRP Treatment:
• Wash the treated area before coming to the clinic.
• Like all injection treatments, do not use any lotions, creams, or makeup before coming to the clinic
After PRP Treatment:
• The treatment area may be sore for two or three days.
• Wash the hair after one day
• Don’t use hair dye or coloring treatments for one week.
