Acne Scar Treatment
Deka Lasers Publishes Prof. Hussein Ghanem’s technique in acne scar treatment using the Smartxide 2 Fractional CO2 Laser & dermal fillers.
We received several inquiries about the details for the acne scar treatment. In the case on the right a hyaluronic acid filler was tried but within 1 month no effect was noted. We then used the Smartxide2 DOT/RF laser which yielded this excellent result.
It is possible that the initial filler injection broke the fibrous strands in the scar facilitating the deposition of collagen by the Smartxide2.
